BOOKING & PAYMENT

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Legan Castle Farmhouse.

To secure your booking, 30% total booking is required to secure dates.

A 30% deposit will be taken from your card within 36 hours of your booking.

Final balance of 70% is due 21 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations, please contact us via email (info@legancastle.ie), quoting your booking reference.

Free cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Gift vouchers are subject to the same cancellation policy.

In the highly unlikely event that we need to amend your booking we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT

Check in from 3pm

Check out, prior to 11am

We will contact you via text message to confirm time of arrival on day of your arrival to ensure someone is on site to welcome you, check you in and show you around.

WEATHER

QUIET TIME

Quiet time is in place and enforced between 10pm and 9am, this is to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, peaceful time while they are here.

No music/ instruments to be played.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

This is an INTIMATE VENUE; absolutely no antisocial behaviour will be tolerated,

We want all our guests to enjoy their stay, and require guests to be respectful of other guests, our staff, our property, local surroundings, our animals and other local residents.

Guests must adhere to occupancy limits as stated at time of booking.

Please be respectful of the monument and Legan Castle ruins, no climbing over or through this area at any time.

For safety reasons, children under 36 months are not permitted.

No non-residential visitors are permitted on site at any time during your stay.

You are responsible for your group and child/ren behaviour.

Non-compliance of quiet time/antisocial behaviour will result in you and your guests being removed from the property and forfeiting cost of booking.

You are required to keep all communal areas/kitchen clean and tidy after use. Please return all crockery/utensils etc to kitchen area.

Please ensure you use composting, refuse and recycling bins as directed.

PLEASE ENSURE you notify us of any little accidents, breakages etc prior to your departure, to make sure we are aware and can rectify them for our next visitors.

Please DO NOT FEED any of the animals, or encourage them into guest areas, tents etc.

Do not enter paddocks at any time.
