BOOKING & PAYMENT
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Legan Castle Farmhouse.
To secure your booking, 30% total booking is required to secure dates.
A 30% deposit will be taken from your card within 36 hours of your booking.
The full amount will be due at time of booking if within 30days of arrival for The Farmhouse, or within 14 days of arrival to The Guest Suite.
The Farmhouse
Balance of stay due 30 days prior to arrival.
Special conditions apply for the CHRSITMAS PERIOD AND FULL AMOUNT IS DUE 6 WEEKS PRIOR.
The Guest Suite
Balance of your stay due 14 days prior to arrival.
The balance will be taken from your card at that time.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations, please contact us via email quoting your booking name and reference.
We strongly advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you in the event of any cancellations.
The Farmhouse
Free cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Special conditions apply for the CHRSITMAS PERIOD cancellations up to 6 weeks prior.
Whilst we can facilitate in trying to reallocate your booking within the cancellation time, this will be subject to fee of €200.
The Guest Suite
Free cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Gift vouchers are subject to the same cancellation policy

We will contact you via text message to confirm time of arrival on day prior to your arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Farmhouse
A Security deposit of €400 will be required prior to check in and security code for keys will not be issued until such time deposit is received. This will be refunded within 3 days of check out as long as no damage, additional cleaning, breakages or excessive waste left. Guests are liable to cover total cost of damages in excess of the security deposit.
We request that our guests respect and take good care of our property and that the accommodation is left tidy.
GUEST COOPERATION
Guests are not permitted to host parties or events at our venue.
Guests must adhere to occupancy limits as stated at time of booking.
No non-residential visitors are permitted on site at any time during your stay.
PETS
1 dog max in permitted to stay in The Guest Suite.
We regret that dogs are not permitted at any time to stay within The Farmhouse.
CHILDREN
The minimum age permitted is 13 years old.
HOT TUB
Our hot tub is drained, cleaned and thoroughly inspected between guests. You will be issued full instructions on how to prepare and heat the hot tub during your stay. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the hot tub. The hot tub is not permitted for use during sub zero temperatures. No one is permitted to use the hot tub after 10.30pm or before 11am. Any misuse or damage to our hot tub will be chargeable.
