Whether you are a food fanatic, see yourself as a little bit crafty or self care savvy; we host a variety of workshops and events at Legan Castle Farmhouse.  From cookery demonstrations, wellness days, weekend retreats to afternoon crafting courses, you will find something to suit you!

Create a spring centrepiece.

2.30pm - 5pm Using fresh spring bulbs and flowers, Caroline will guide you through making your own arrangement to take home in time for easter. All fresh flowers, planter and equipment provided. Tea and cake.

This is a beginner friendly 2 part Dahlia workshop.  Caroline will share her knowledge in this relaxed setting with max 6 participants.  At the end of this hands on - interactive 2 part series you will have your own dahlia plants. 

Caroline will be starting the dahlia tubers in February and will care for the plants until the end of the last part in the series when you will have your own dahlia plants to take home and plant out or pot on.

Includes; Dahlia tubers to start and grow to take home at end of course to plant out or pot on.  Tea and cake. 

29th March 2026 2.30pm - 5pm Planning, planting and early care.  Planning your dahlia garden, choosing your dahlias, 'how to 'wake' your tubers up.  

24th May 2026 2.30pm - 5pm Growing, cutting and care.  Learn how to take cuttings and propagate your dahlias.  Plant care; watering, fertilizing, pests and disease.  Learn how to cut for cut flowers.

2.30pm - 5pm Join us for this bank holiday, interactive workshop where you will learn container gardening, perfect for gardening enthusiasts with limited space.  Making your own planter with plug plants to take home and grow on.  Tea and cake.

6pm - 10.30pm This gorgeous, intimate evening where Caroline will demonstrate and prepare the perfect summers menu, including Caroline's well known Pavlova!  Learn how to prepare and cook summer food for friends and family.  Followed with dinning in the courtyard of our farmhouse.  Enjoy this perfect summers evening with likeminded people in this relaxed, luxury setting,

Includes; canapes; 2 course meal, wine.  Recipe sheets to take home.

After debuting and hosting a very successful series of festive workshops in 2025, they will be making a return for in December 2026!  More information coming soon.
