(1 dog maximum permitted, we will consider 2 small dogs depending on time of year and numbers of other dogs staying on site, please contact us to confirm prior to booking).We are within 90 mins from Dublin, and direct train from Dublin Heuston to Thomastown (we can happily organise taxi transfer from station). Whilst we are in a rural setting we are less then 15 mins from Kilkenny city.Expect glossy magazines, cosy beds with luxury linen, duck down duvets, peace and quiet, guaranteed.Recently refurbished, double room with king bed, sleeping 2 guests. Private entrance, with views onto the castle ruins to the front and onto our gardens from the rear, en suite. Stair case leading up to the loft /snug room, with direct access onto private roof garden with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.Loft room is equipped with tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge.Please note there are no intrusions of TVs.Private entrance, so can have little to no interaction if you wish. Private hot tub session included in rate, includes wood to keep warm for up to 2 hours. Times must be booked in advance of your stay. WE REQUIRE MINIMUM 24 hours notice ahead of your arrival to prepare hot tub for your use. You are required to book a time slot so we can have the hot tub ready at that time. Our hot tub is drained, thoroughly inspected for damage after each guest. You will be issued with a user manual with instructions on how to use the hot tub. Please note that during sub zero temperatures the hot tub will not be in use. FOOD Breakfast available to add on 1st July - 31st August @ €17 pp pnUpgrade your stay with breakfast freshly prepared and delivered to your door each morning. Using our own farm fresh, free range eggs, produce from our kitchen garden and locally produced food.
